Aluminium SC Frame Curtain Walling

The curtain wall is constructed in ladder frames using either stainless steel self-tapping screws through the mullion into integral cores within the transom or as a conventional cleating method. The factory-made framework offers the advantage of rapid construction on site with minimal loose components.

The pressure plate is formed with co-extrusion of hard plastic as a basis and soft plastic to guarantee sealing, which together with an E.P.D.M. isolator forms a superior thermal break for the curtain wall.

The whole construction can be finished on the outside with several decorative beads.

Slots positioned in the horizontal pressure plate and cover cap, together with a soft injection moulded end block, provide true pressure equalisation and zone drainage to the curtain wall system.
