Record’s automatic swing doors are normally activated by passive infra-red (PIR) sensors fitted above the door or mounted from the ceiling. Automatic swing doors are ideal where there is no passing or waiting traffic around the sensors activating zone which would cause the doors to open unnecessarily.

For this reason corridors are particularly suited to swing automatic doors. All swing doors are fitted with top rail safety which will stop the doors action if an object comes into its range.
