The fact that you don't use the salesman tactic and you use and send your surveyor Clive (who is full of all the technical information and a really nice chap) made the whole experience from start to finish easy and efficient with a v-good level of customer service. We've bought windows and doors before and we were very wary of getting involved and stung by another company like we have done before. From my understanding Legacy is a family run business, and not at any one point did we feel anything less but important. I also felt they understood the fact that we were parting with our money that took a long time to save up, and the way they matched our budget with a top class product was exactly what we wanted and nothing else. Thank you to all at Legacy and you have our recommendation for sure.
