We were very happy with our choice of Legacy Windows and Doors. The non pressured approach of not using a salesman but a surveyor instead, meant that all of our technical questions could be answered by someone of actual knowledge and experience rather than by a classroom trained sales person. Their price was very competitive considering all the upgrades we required. We had a very wide choice, but got exactly what we wanted which was A rated windows supplied and fitted to a very high standard. The employed fitters were very curtious and cleaned up behind themselves each day. The bifolding doors we had installed at the same time to the rear of our house were far better than we had imagined. I would reccoment Legacy to anyone.

I am now the proud owner of a truely awesome Edwardian conservatory, complete with underfloor heating, heat control self cleaning roof glass which means i can use it all the year round, with a competitive price paid and dealing with a highly professional workforce i highly reccomend Legacy to any body looking to have work done. The surveyor Clive was extremely helpful, making sure i had the exact design i wanted. Shortly after the team of fitters arrived and installed the whole thing in 2 days, making no mess, which we had been very worried about. Shortly after the original builders returned to finish all the plastering, and to lay the floor screeding and our new laminate flooring. All in all the job looks very nice, and we are the envy of all the neighbours! Many thanks to all at Legacy.

The fact that you don't use the salesman tactic and you use and send your surveyor Clive (who is full of all the technical information and a really nice chap) made the whole experience from start to finish easy and efficient with a v-good level of customer service. We've bought windows and doors before and we were very wary of getting involved and stung by another company like we have done before. From my understanding Legacy is a family run business, and not at any one point did we feel anything less but important. I also felt they understood the fact that we were parting with our money that took a long time to save up, and the way they matched our budget with a top class product was exactly what we wanted and nothing else. We chose to contact Legacy as they were a local company offering all the products we required, uPvc windows, a composte front door, a bifolding door leading from our back room, and an Edwardian conservatory to go against the back of our extension. We were contacted by the office who gave a quotation over the phone and also sent copies via email. We were very happy with the price, and the fact we didnt have to deal with any pushy sales people. A few days later a surveyor visited us to measure up. He was very helpful and curtious. Whithin a two weeks our product was ready and booked in for installation. The final job has far exceeded our expectations. the quality of the product and the standard to which it was finished has restored my faith in the window industry, finally we dont have to deal with slippery sales people and cowboy fitters. We have plans for further works later in the year so we will definately be going back to Legacy.

I am a landlord with a portfolio of property and I also renovate. I've used a number of window companies over the years but now I only use Legacy windows in these properties plus my own home and found them very satisfactory. I use Legacy products because I get... Good Prices, First-class products, Quick response, Fitting on the day/time specified, Excellent back-up, Professional advice and surveys, Experienced fitters who are not only obliging but do a wonderful job, work around my tenants etc. and clear up. Overall the best service I have ever had from a window company. Not only are Legacy windows well priced and top of the range but I also find their Composite Doors are stylish and robust enough to fit in my rental properties and surprisingly economic as well. My local council approve their use in my rental houses as they're high security and 'tenant proof'. Then there's the Bi-fold doors! They're something else! The latest technology! Brilliant! The boss even took me to the state of the art factory where they are made. I thought I was entering a space laboratory! I believe it would be difficult to find a better quality product at a more competitive price. If you want a seemless opening between your home and your garden and upgrade your home and add value at the same time this is the product for you!

From my initial contact with Claire during my visit to you office I found the advice provided was most helpful and at no time did I feel I was being sold to or pressured. Clive subsequently provided a thoroughly professional survey of my requirements, apid attention to detail and picked up technical issues which as a layman I would never have considered. Emma became involved with me as I considered my final options and she was attentive to all my requirements throughout the process and I appreciated her patience in doing so. Dave kept me well informed of progress relating to operational issues and gave me confidence that the job would go well. He showed upmost integrity in resolving the few issues which inevitably arose on a job of this nature. We have dealt with FastFrame Trade for over 6 years. We manufacture and erect timber frame structure for domestic housing. We always deal with the same surveyor, Clive and nothing is too much trouble. All of our clients have been delighted with UPVC windows and we are just starting to use aluminium which is proving very popular. We rely totally on Clive and the team in Bristolt get the correct specification for this. They are all very helpful and I would never risk going anywhere else for our windows.

We generally take these date with a pich of salt, but we received a phone call from James the installation manager a week before, and were given a firm date. Low and behold, one week later the install team of Kevin and Joe turned up with Dave the friendly lorry driver with all of our goods. The works were actually completed ahead of time, within 8 days, mostly due to the good weather meaning Kevin and Joe could work extra each night, which they seamed more than happy to do. We have now completed the entire build, and have been thoroughly impressed. Our windows and doors look fantastic, and we are sure we made the right choice in Legacy Windows. We have recently had a large conservatory and kitchen conversion carried out by Legacy Conservatories. They have carried the whole job including plumbing and electrics. The underfloor heating and the tiling to the floor we are especially pleased with. Excellent quality from a Company that it so helpful and easy to deal with. Legacy have my highest recommendation. Legacy have provided new windows and doors on three of our recent project and each time I have been impressed with their professional approach and the quality of both product and installation. Legacy have a good range of products supported by detailed technical knowledge and a genuine concern for aesthetics. The residential refurbishment project in Malmesbury, Wiltshire using their slim line aluminium windows set into stone mullions worked particularly well on a building with difficult planning requirements.
